Return fine print:
If you are not satisfied with any Bren1 product, you may return it for refund or exchange, subject to a Return Authorization from Gilabendtm. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, e-mail us at contactus@bren1audio.com . Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. *Phono cartridges “Dead on arrival” please report within 10 days in USA, unit replaced at “no cost to you, other wise 90 day exchange we pay shipping back to you. International, same as USA except we will pay a maximum of 10% of cartridge price. *Bren1 cables our standard no questions asked refund and are warranted against defects for one year, USA we ship cable back to you at our cost. International we pay shipping cost up to 10% of cable cost or standard $14.80 whichever is more*. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
